Armac (Arden Brickworks) Planning Application – Change of Use for Land Off Old Station Road (Planning Application/2019/00603/PPFL)
This application (Planning Application/2019/00603/PPFL) is for a change of use of Green Belt land (just off Old Station Road) to a training facility. This application also included proposals for diverting a public footpath. Please note that the proposal to divert the footpath has now been withdrawn.
The Parish Council has received many objections to this application and will be submitted formal comments to Solihull MBC shortly. The Parish Council also requested that the application be referred to the Solihull MBC Planning Committee for determination. This has been agreed.
